TED MOSBY & ROBIN SCHERBATSKY | Season 2

Stop worrying…
^ This isn’t going to be a problem…maybe a bit annoying but not permanent.
Ted’s kids know Robin as “Aunt Robin” as stated in the first episode.
But…it could actually happen, I have a theory.
MY Possible HIMYM Theory

So we all know that Ted is going to marry someone who isn’t Robin, that’s a fact. We also know Ted is going to have kids and they obviously aren’t Robin’s, another fact. We don’t know for a fact though that Ted and the mother-to-be work out in the end.
So my theory is that what if Ted is telling his kids the story of how he met their mother because he and the mother are getting divorced? He’s trying to show them how everything came to be where it is now. In the end it’s possible he could end up with Robin, many many years later and she could end up being a stepmom, obviously the kids are mostly grown up at that point so she won’t have to be a mom as she never wanted to be.
Honestly, even if you are a Barney/Robin shipper. Thoughts?

I love Ted, I just don’t like him with Robin. He wants kids. We know he has them. I just feel it’s a waste of a plotline
And I have a theory about this.
he is overly Romantic. And not in a cute way but in a dependent way.
Well my husband serenaded me on our first date so I guess I like that kind of romance.
They’re heartless
Clearly.
Can someone explain to me why so many people seem to dislike Ted so much?
How About We Just Stick With the Drumroll?: Are we watching the same show here?
Point: This show has shown and hinted that Ted has lingering feelings for Robin since forever so this whole “I love you, Robin” shouldn’t be a total shocker. Are we even watching the same show here? Ted and Robin has always been shown and hinted in some way or another in every season, if…
Thank you, exactly how I feel!
I like that idea, I like thinking that she showed up in a scene somewhere at sometime in the past. I hate to think she’s never appeared once over all these years.
